The site looks fine at first glance, but trying to actually find product details felt weirdly harder than it should’ve been. I kept clicking around like there was some secret path I was supposed to uncover just to get basic info. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost felt like they didn’t want certain details to be too easy to find. Overall, it made shopping more frustrating than it needed to be

The site was easy to use after I figured out where everything was. I don’t remember every step I clicked through, but I do remember having to poke around a bit more than I expected to find the setup info. It wasn’t a bad experience, just something that could be a little clearer for people using it for the first time

The safety guards make a bigger difference than I expected. I used to get a little nervous sharpening my kid’s skates, but now it feels simple and manageable. It’s nice being able to take care of it at home and feel like I’m helping them get back on the ice safely

There’s still a little bit of dust, but it’s SO much better than before. I was practically losing my mind with how dusty everything was, and this made a huge difference. Not perfect, but definitely a relief!

I was expecting this to be loud in my garage, but it’s way quieter than I figured. You can still hear it running a little, but it’s not bad at all, more like a low background hum than anything annoying.

i ordered some replacement rings and filters, and they showed up quickly. swapping everything out was simple and didn’t give me any trouble

I've been using this for a few months now and it works really well!!! It feels nice and sturdy, and I haven't had any issues with it at all!!! Definitely happy with it so far!!!
